CNC Machining
The CNC process allows producing extremely precise parts for both high volume production runs and single part prototypes. The CNC Turning and Milling machines are capable of machining parts with very tight tolerances, less than 0.001", on production items. They are also able to machine a wide variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass, nickel alloys, plastics and many more.

RTV Tooling/ Urethane Casting
For parts that have properties similar to production parts and need to look production quality, urethane castings are a cost-effective method to very quickly reproduce a small quantity of prototypes for sales and marketing, early customer samples, focus groups or design verification. Additionally, urethane materials are available for high heat applications and applications where a close approximation of the production material is required.
